Terms and Conditions

www.Tenvio.io, or any other platform we may make available now or in the future, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not accept all the terms of this EULA, do not use Tenvio. We do not consent to nor take responsibility for the use of Tenvio without your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

1. Service Description
Tenvio is a platform that allows users to negotiate, buy, sell, store, send, and receive digital assets (the "Services"). For the purposes of this agreement, digital assets are private movable property that relies on cryptography and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) or similar systems ("Digital Assets").

2. Use of the Service
You agree to use Tenvio legally and in accordance with this EULA. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and for any losses resulting from your negligence. Tenvio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of Tenvio in violation of this clause.

3. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of Tenvio or the provision of the Services, including but not limited to financial losses, data damage, or service interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Tenvio belong to Tenvio Technologies, LLC

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tenvio at any time and for any reason.

6.Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

7.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or conflicts related directly or indirectly to this EULA, including its nature, interpretation, performance, execution, or termination, will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Appeals against the Arbitral Award will be resolved by a new arbitration tribunal as per the Center's rules and applicable laws. Parties agree to use the email addresses listed in their profiles for notifications. Updates to email addresses must be communicated; otherwise, notifications sent to the last known address will be considered valid.

8.Restricted Jurisdictions:

The use of Tenvio is not permitted in the following jurisdictions: ***. Tenvio is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and does not offer securities services in the United States or to U.S. persons. You acknowledge that digital assets are not protected or insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.

9.Security:
We may share user information with selected recipients for service delivery or fraud prevention. Tenvio ensures the implementation of adequate security standards to protect personal data, confidentiality, and security.

10. Updates:
We reserve the right to periodically update the service, which may modify the presentation, features, and options provided, in part or entirely.

11. Risk Acknowledgement:
Tenvio Technologies, LLC warns, and You acknowledge, that virtual assets carry significant risks, including fraud, operational issues, and legal risks. Their acceptance could cease at any time as individuals are not legally obligated to transact or recognize them as payment. Additionally, the value of Digital Assets may fluctuate, with a substantial risk of loss. Consult your financial, legal, or tax advisor about your specific situation and consider whether dealing in Digital Assets is suitable for you. By using Tenvio, you acknowledge these risks and release Tenvio Technologies, LLC from liability.

Understanding user needs.
Developing and improving services.
Fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
We will not sell personal data for commercial purposes.
Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to understand service usage trends.

13. User Rights
